I wuv the cute, fuzzy animals!

Sorry, attempt at a Denis Leary quote, but I think it came out as more saccharine tree-huggingness. Ah well.

Anyhow, if anyone at all cares:

I will absorb your code once I swing by a hotspot and get mine.

Woot! Lemme know yours, when you get it up and running.

So I can come into your town and steal a shovel if you have one.

Er... I mean... *whistles innocently*

I haven't laid eyes on a shovel yet. Got m'self a kickin' fishing pole and a lunar rover that my local hawk-dude gave me, though.

Friend code? Does this game have a multiplayer component? And is it good?

The game is of course good, being a slightly-changed port of Animal Crossing for Gamecube, which was a most kickassingest game.

This one has multiplayer, in the sense that if you have a person on your friends' list and vice-versa, you can visit each others' towns. Although I think the person you're visiting has to actually have the game up and running and be logged in at the time. You can shop at their town's store, speak with them via text, etc. Still not totally sure how well the "multiplayer" works though, since I haven't yet got hold of anyone's friend code (well, other than random joes from Gamefaqs, shyeah right.)
