One more day

So tomorrow my parents are supposed to be home. And I feel like I've gotten *nothing* done that I wanted to. Of course, that's because the new pond ate up my time, even more than I thought it would, and setting up the new computer most of the day yesterday didn't help matters either. :/

Needless to say, I'm gonna be pretty busy for the rest of tonight, then for whatever portion of tomorrow I get a chance to get things done. Unless I just get too damn exhausted, which is feeling like a distinct possibility. So far today I mostly did shopping, yay. Which included the purchase of a new koi, one whose coloring I just couldn't resist. It also included my car getting bumped in the supermarket parking lot by another car, or truck rather, but it looks like there's no damage done. Though I have his insurance info just in case (better to be safe than sorry). I've also scrubbed the floor, done a bit of shifting-of-dirt from the dirt pile I have left in the yard (from digging the pond), general cleaning and organizing, etc. Still must do more laundry and wash dishes, other than other general straightening. *sigh*

Well, since I promised pictures, here some are - after digging the Big Hole, and the other is from this morning - I was hoping that the pond would clear up more, but it was threatening rain, so I went ahead and took a pic before it started storming and muddied the pond up again. *sulk* Once it *eventually* clears up nicely and I get the plants better arranged, etc., I'll try to take a better picture. At any rate, it just doesn't look as nice as a photo, IMHO. :/

I wouldn't feel too bad
I've always observed any "To Do Lists" always takes much longer than I think when I start out. So you've almost got your pool almost done - I'd say that's enough of a victory, computer set up?

Great - don't worry about the rest. You did a great job and a lot of work. (Well, other than the laundry - we wouldn't want somebody to get all stinky.)

I certainly wouldn't call that huge pond "nothing". :-)
