I've been trying to get the house cleaned and organized a bit (I know, perpetual battle), which involved me ferrying things up and down the stairs a lot yesterday, bending, standing, etc etc. And I apparently overdid it.
I woke up this morning, went to move my right leg slightly, and *bam* leg cramp. After gritting my teeth and riding out the pain, I actually then managed to drift back off to sleep for half an hour or so. Then woke up. And went to move my left leg. *bam*... oouuuuch.
So now today I get to hobble around like a creaky little old woman, which is about how I feel. I think I've definitely gotta find one of the dog's harnesses (or buy a new one probably), and start taking her out for walks. It'd do us both good, I'm sure...
And on a less physically grueling note, I also finally sat myself down to watch the two discs I had from Netflix which have been sitting around for months. Ugh. Dunno why I let them go for so long, but now those are winging their way back to Netflix (or will be in a couple hours once the mailman gets here) and I can have new ones to ignore. Er... watch. (Cause seriously, I don't wanna pay the fees every month for discs that just sit there, I've gotta get better about that...)
