Parasha: December?

Crudcakes! Not only did I forget yesterday's entry (which I'll get to shortly, I hope) but I also realized we haven't yet decided on something for next month!

So since it's December, it should probably be something short and simple, or a skip month. There's the possibility of "A Christmas Carol" which I remember got suggested last time around, and forget why we didn't do it.

Any other thoughts? Skip month? What?

I have never read that! Anyone else read it, care to chime in?

I know nothing about it, but Christmas-themed short stories sound intriguing!

(OK, I knew that Robertson Davies was likely Canadian thanks to this song, but that's all.)

They're not necessarily Christmas-themed. There was and is a tradition of telling ghost stories at Christmas in the UK (to the point where they've had a TV series based on the idea) and parts of Canada, although it's pretty much died out in the US, except for that mention of "scary ghost stories" in the song The Most Wonderful Time of the Year.
